কমপ্লায়েন্স কি?

তৈরী পোষাক শিল্পে কমপ্লায়েন্স বলতে বুঝায় দেশে প্রচলিত শ্রম আইন, কারখানার নিজস্ব ও বায়ারদের নিজস্ব আচরনবিধি এবং আন্তর্জাতিক শ্রম আইনের সাথে মিলিয়ে চলা। সর্বোপরি সময়-সময় বায়ার কর্তৃক বিভিন্ন পরামর্শ, তাদের পরিবর্তিত কিছু নিয়ম কানুন এবং প্রক্রিয়া পদ্ধতি এবং কাজের ক্ষেত্রে নানা ধরনের কল্যানমূলক ব্যাবস্থাদি অনুসরন করাকেই কমপ্লায়েন্স বলা হয়।

কমপ্লায়েন্স কেন দরকার?  

১। মুক্ত বাজার অর্থনীতিতে শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানকে টিকিয়ে রাখার প্রতিযোগীতায় অংশগ্রহন বাড়াতে কমপ্লায়েন্স প্রয়োজন।

২। বায়ারের চাহিদা মেটাতে ফ্যাক্টরীতে কমপ্লায়েন্স প্রয়োজন।  

৩। কর্মস্থলে স্বাস্থ্যকর পরিবেশ ও নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে কমপ্লায়েন্স প্রয়োজন। 

৪। কর্মরত শ্রমিক কর্মচারীদের শারিরীক নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে কমপ্লায়েন্স প্রয়োজন।

৫। বিশ্ব বাজারের অন্যান্য ফ্যাক্টরীর সাথে দেশীয় শিল্প প্রতিষ্ঠানকে সমমর্যাদায় প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে কমপ্লায়েন্স প্রয়োজন।

কমপ্লায়েন্স ফ্যাক্টরীতে কি কি সুবিধা পাওয়া যায়-

১। সরাসরি বায়ারের সাথে কাজ করা যায়। 

২। নিয়মিত পন্যের অর্ডার পাওয়া যায়।

৩। পন্যের বিপরীতে বেশি দাম পাওয়া যায়।

৪। শ্রমিক অসন্তোষ রোধ করা যায়।

৫। মালিক শ্রমিকের সম্পর্ক গাঢ় হয়।

৬। শ্রমিকরা কাজের প্রতি আগ্রহী হয়।

৭। পন্যের উৎপাদন এবং গুনগত মান বৃদ্ধি পায়।

৮। বিশ্ব বাজারে গ্রহনযোগ্যতা এবং সম্মান বৃদ্ধি পায়।

৯। সামাজিক সম্পর্কের উন্নয়ন ঘটে।

১০। সরকার ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের সম্পর্কের উন্নয়ন ঘটে।
